From component values to a readable result.

  1. Choose the matching tool

Check the instrument and version before entering anything. FLACC, Morse and Barthel accept scores from an assessment already completed with the relevant reference.

  2. Complete the components

Select a value in each row. Missing information stays missing: these calculators do not turn blank entries into zero. Glasgow also supports NT for a non-testable response.

  3. Review the explanation

Use the worked examples and guide to check how the score is assembled. Keep the individual components when copying or printing the result.

Built for reference and learning.

The tools calculate values entered by the visitor. They do not examine patients, make diagnoses or choose treatment. The explanatory pages identify their sources and the version implemented. No clinical validation or institutional endorsement is claimed.

Selections stay in the current page and are not saved by the calculators. No patient details are requested. Copy and print create a summary under your control; they do not submit the summary to this site. This site uses Google Analytics to measure visits and usage and may use analytics cookies.
